My 3 1/2 yr. old washer would not start its washing cycle & the door would not open. The Pambis staff was very prompt to return my call and helped me walk through a number of options to ensure a service call was necessary. The call was booked for the next day, and the costs were reviewed in advance - very reasonable. Peter was courteous, prompt & efficient. He persevered in opening the water pump after a new one was not readily available -- and removed the problem item (a nail). Thanks for the quick & cost-efficient fix, and message to always empty out pockets!

My the timer on my washer broke down, and when I called Peter to come and fix it was fixed in two days. That is only because he had to order a part or it would have been done earlier.

Peter was extremely accommodating and very friendly. He gave me the option to replace the washer but told me that it was still in great working condition and that I could not get the same washer for the cost of just fixing it. After doing a bit of research on that option he was very right.

This is the second time that we have had Pambis assist us and I would continue to use them in the future. I have already recommended him to a friend.

Pete and Chris responded quickly to my inquiry. Pete asked the right questions before he came to the appointment so that he could do the repair on the spot, which he accomplished very quickly. Peter has been repairing our home appliances for quite a while now, initially in our Toronto home, and because we like his work so much, now in our home in Whitby, where he normally doesn't service. He has repaired our dryers (2), washer, stove, and refrigerator (2). He does excellent work, and can usually tell what's wrong and give us a ballpark price over the phone. And he hasn't been wrong yet! Peter is friendly, on time, and does what he says he will. Plus, his prices are reasonable for the quality he provides. And no, we're not related. We never knew him until we called him for an emergency repair, almost five years ago. Thank you, Peter.

Peter came to fix my gas stove. He was was extremely busy and made a point to contact me to inform me of his eta. When he arrived he was honest and informative about the problem. He had my oven repaired within an hour and it hasn't worked this well since I got it! I have nothing but good things to say about Pambis Appliance Service. I am even considering going to them to purchase a Washing Machine!

My gas dryer was not heating so I called Peter on Friday and he set up an appt on Monday afternoon. I asked that he call me at work so I could meet him at home and he did. I appreciated the fact that he met me on the day and time that he said - which for Toronto is amazing. He was very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. He had my dryer working in about a 1/2 hour. He even checked out my washer and gave me hints and tips for it to run more efficiently.

My Furnace died on me. Called Pete as I was reffered by a friend for their exemplary service. They were quite busy but still managed to book an appointment within 48 hours. Showed up as scheduled and fixed the problem within 30 min. Very honest people, would certainly call them back again.

The ignitor in my tenants gas stove broke last week. Of the top seven companies that I called from HomeStars, only two got back to me. One from Brampton referred me to Peter at Pambis and Peter called me the next day. We organized his visit today and Peter was waiting for me when I came home. He quickly diagnosed the malfunction, replaced the part. The job was done quickly, correctly and cleanly. I recommend him highly.

Peter was professional, very friendly and prompt. He called immediately and was at my condo almost right away. Even fixed my pot lights while he was there. I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.
