After visiting several flooring installing firms, I checked HomeStars and found Invision. From the moment I walked into the showroom and met the receptionist, I felt welcome, and I knew I was working with competent staff. Roy helped us to match our existing hardwood, and prepared the estimate. The crew, including Eric and Ricky, was friendly, on-time, worked quickly and efficiently, finished on-time and left no mess. They even did a perfect job of sweeping the garage (the rainy-weather "saw" location). All old carpet and all job waste was carted away. Dov dropped by a few times to make sure that the job was going well. It could not have gone any better. Next year, we will hire Invision again.

His incredible attention to detail, attentiveness and knowledge made working with him a dream. Having worked with many different contractors, we can easily say that Invision was one of the best we have had the pleasure of working with and that Invision shatters all the negative stereotypes about bad service from contractors. Dov personally responded to every one of our questions by e-mail and/or telephone within 24 hours (not just one business day, we got responses on evenings, weekends and even while he was on vacation!), his team arrived on site on time every morning, and the project finished on time! To top it off, we are THRILLED with the patching/repairs and refinishing of our parquet floors and LOVE our refinished staircase. We can't recommend Dov and Invision enough!

We met with Dov in the showroom a few times before our project began and during each visit, he took the time to explain every aspect of the products we chose and the processes involved. We had a very tight time frame before moving into our new home and gave Dov and his team under 4 weeks to remove all the old hardwood and tile, lay new hardwood throughout, re-finish three sets of staircases and railings, replace all baseboards, and paint the main and upper floors. As expected in every renovation, we encountered a few challenges along the way but each time, Dov openly communicated the issues immediately, fairly dealt with additional costs, and continued to keep us informed of the progress and timing of the job. It was a large project but never once did we feel overwhelmed or that Dov and his team weren't on top of each separate component of the project. The team finished exactly when they said they would and within the budget agreed to, allowing us to move in on the planned date without any issues whatsoever. I would recommend Dov and his team without hesitation.

Dov provided great guidance in choosing our floors for our 1300sqf condo. He was thorough in explaining the process from design concepts to final installation and maintenance. He came in to measure and provided a detailed quote. He provided great communication via phone and email. He was flexible to our schedule since there were some delays in other renovation work in our condo unit. He is dedicated to quality and detail and it shows in the final results. Transitions between rooms were nicely installed. I highly recommend Dov and his team.

Dov conducted a very detailed review of our house with an equally detailed quote which was much more helpful than the other quotes we received. The price was on the high side, but Dov's attention to detail convinced us it was worth it and it was the right decision.

The installation team was very respectful and pleasant and they were very conscientious about their work. The lead installer, Rickey, discussed options with us and gave his opinions which was very helpful in making decisions.

Dov and Roy (in Dov's absence) kept in communication with us throughout the job including visits to make sure things were moving along and to discuss the progress.

This was a big job (8 days, some long, 1,400 sf of flooring with all furniture cleared out of the spaces getting new floors) and our timelines were tight with vacation plans but Dov and Roy made it happen for us which was a huge relief.

I would recommend Invision Hardwood to anyone and would definitely use them again for our next job.

Roy and his team had done the hardwood in my house during a renovation about 1-2 years ago. Now, I wanted to have the carpet stripped off my stairs and some new hardwood put into dining room which we had not done during the renovation. As usual, Roy and his team were on time and got the job done right. Initially, for example, the stain color on the stairs did not match our floors. So, what did Roy do? He had all the stairs re-sanded and re-stained at no extra cost until we were satisfied. The dining room floors also look great - just like the rest of our house. Very satisfied!

Roy was very helpful in the showroom and matched the new flooring to the existing hardwood in our hallways & stairs.
Emile is very experienced at the installation and did an amazing job.

We have been doing a reno on our master bedroom and bath for the last few months. We had really nice pine plank floors that had been covered up for protection during the job be we realized it would make sense to have the floors redone before moving back into the room. We have used and trust Homestars to find reputable companies several times and searched for a company to help us out. We choose Invision Hardwood & Decor based on the ratings and customer testimonials and we are very happy we did! This was definitely a trust scenario as we never met any of the team who came to our home. My wife dealt with Dov who was quick and responsive in making plans. As we were out of the home during the scheduled floor work we kept informed of the progress by Dov. Let me also say the existing stain on the stairs leading to this floor was a bit of challenge to match to but the Invision team did a great job. The result is beautiful and the character of the floor comes through now more than ever. I need to add a few photos to this review but as the reno of the space continues it will have to come later. I just wanted to make sure my review got posted so that others will know how easy it was to deal with Dov and his team. Thanks!

Wow - very happy with new floor. The hardwood throughout the main floor certainly gives our home a totally different feel. Our renovations are still in progress but the floor is complete and it looks amazing (we can hardly wait for our furniture to make it back into the rooms so we can start to enjoy this new space).
Floor install happened over a 2 day period as promised. The crew did an excellent job of putting down the floor, they even step up their cutting equipment outside in order to keep the dust down - much appreciated for sure.

Along with our new floor Dov and the team also re-finished our staircase, staining the steps the same color as our floor while painting the picketts and risers white. A great look for anyone looking to update their staircase.
