We had water damage and needed to replace a portion of our flooring in a five year old condo. Everyone we spoke to said we were out of luck and would have to look at replacing the entire area. As soon as I called Invision and spoke to Pina she went into problem solving mode. She was such a pleasure to work with, and was able to track down our original flooring without the colour or item number to work from. Even though it wasn’t a large job, they took tremendous care of me. Highly, highly recommend Invision for all your flooring needs.

We recently moved into our new home and worked with Invision to refinish our hardwood floors (there was extensive scratching and damage from the pets of the previous owners). Based on tight timing between closing on the property and our move-in date, we had a tight window of time to complete the work. Invision completed my basement flooring reno yesterday. Excellent communication throughout the process. Dov took extra time to assist me in selecting the perfect flooring for my needs. It's obvious they take great pride in contributing to enhancing their customer's home environment and establishing great customer relationships along the way. Fabulous selection of product, and installation was on time and on target. Highly recommend.

I worked closely with Dov to choose the engineered hardwood for our second floorrenovation. Dov was very patient while I searched for the perfect colour, width, texture and was able to source exactly what I wanted for a good price. He was very helpful pointing out how to see the wood in a natural light, talking through benefits of different textures and finishes, etc.
Then, our contractor's installer fell through at the last minute and Dov arranged his installers to come in right away. They were craftsmen and did an excellent job, AND kept the worksite extremely clean and tidy.

Dov helped me buy hardwood flooring without me going to the store, and gave me the best price. Was somewhat concerned about buying without meeting with them in person, but I am so glad I contacted him. Highly recommend, and I am already asking people I know to check with Dov first if they are buying, for best pricing.

We just finished our project with Invision, working with Roy. Our home is completely transformed. We had new white oak flooring put in, and the stairs were refurbished as well. We also had the interiors repainted.

Not only does everything function so well now (even the stairs don't squeak!), but it all looks amazing.

Roy is very knowledgeable and a straight talker. He knows his stuff and doesn't give you any hard sell. He communicates regularly and clearly. One thing I found incredible was that he was able to give us a project time window months in advance so that we could plan our temporary accommodations, and he was able to stay in that time frame in the end. Definitely not common in this industry. Roy addressed all of our questions and concerns and made sure that we were satisfied with the results.

The highlight of the job for us is the work on our stairs. It's a very old home with narrow stairs that squeaked badly. Roy had new oak treads installed on top of the existing with new white risers. The new railing is now to code height, and very stylish without being fussy, just what we like. The new handrail along the stairs is continuous now, much safer than the old one.

We would definitely recommend Roy and Invision. They are an honest company, experts in the products & services they offer, great to work with, and all this for a reasonable price.

We bought our first home last August and replacing the flooring was high on our home improvement priority list. The well-worn carpeting, wood laminate and cracked tiles had seen better days. We first communicated with Invision over email and then went out to their showroom, where Dov showed us around. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to detail, impressing us from the start with how well he knew his stuff. We immediately felt like he “got” our vision of what we were looking for while also understanding and working with us to find solutions within our budget. Dov gave us options, talked us through the logistics, and was thoughtful about the look and feel of how everything would come together – he has an artist’s sensibility.

The end result has completely transformed our home. Having only recently become homeowners, it was also our first renovation experience and Dov, Roy and their team made what could be a disruptive job into something pretty painless. I recently contracted Invision hardwood and decor to install vinyl flooring throughout my main floor. From start to finish, Dov and Roy were professional, efficient and thorough.
