Strictly AMATEUR!!!! Carpet was seconds. Improper tile installation; Company was called, faxed, and emailed to return to fix job properly ... no reply. Tile grout is cracked in foyer and tiles move ... metal molding to retain tiles were installed to high so feet fetch up on them ... sent of bunch of refugees who didn't speak English to my home to finish shoddy step installation; didn't introduce themselves on arrival ... muddy boots in house ... DISGRACE!!!!!!

what a horrible experience!
A little more than 1000 sq ft of hardwood flooring was purchased from this company. The wrong kind of wood was ordered which caused delays. No one knew any answers as to when the flooring would be delivered and installed. Delay after delay and they were not willing to compensate us for any of our troubles. The installers did a good job - but they were contracted out. There are a few dents here and there, and the installation went very slowly - but we are overall happy with our floors. We just wish we had ordered them from somewhere else - because we could have moved into our home about 3 weeks ago! We had also ordered carpet for the stairs from this company... still no word on it so we have cancelled the order.
