Open Sesame

Spoke to Steve and explained the problem with my garage door (it kept getting stuck every time I tried to open it). Steve walked me through the solution over the phone and in about 7 minutes the garage door was working again. If I ever have problems with my garage door again I know where to go, this guy is great! Thank you Steve.

Steve and his partner came on time and were focused in repairing my garage door. In about 45 minutes, they replaced the spring and lubed "everything". My 20 years old garage door is now operating so so quietly. Steve took the time to explain the repair and other things I needed to know in operating my garage opener. All this for a very reasonable price. Steve is a professional, no nonsense, and honest guy. I recommend him to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

I had a very old garage door that needed to be replaced as I was afraid it was just going to fall on my or my car. Open Sesame came in, gave a quote, showed up on time, and did a great job. The new door looks great and works perfectly.

Steve is awesome. He has a no pressure approach, tells you what you need and don't need. We love our new garage door and so do our neighbours. He even cleaned up the wiring for the garage door opener even though he didn't have too. His service and installation is top notch. Steve and Abram did a great job.

Chose steve because of this site. Very professional. Quality install. He goes beyond even what you could expect. He ensures everything in regards to the garage door system is perfect before leaving even if he is not responsible for the original install. Definitely worth the wait.

When Steve first came to give me a quote his assistant came along and tightened all the loose nuts on the old garage door. When he came to do the installation of the two doors and opener he worked great and even went beyond the call when he left me some extra paint so I could match my front door to the color of the new garage doors.
