Tension Spring and Cable were broken

During holiday season, the tension spring of my garage door was broken, found Steve's contact @homestars, made an appointment, Steve and his colleague arrived the next day on time.
They fixed my garage door in a professional way at a reasonable price, and taught me how to maintain the garage doors.
One week later (right after Christmas), the cable was broken. Steve came over (from Richmond Hill to Oakville) and fixed it without any charges.
BTW, I really enjoyed talking with Steve. Very friendly. Thanks a lot Steve.
