Omer Refrigeration

Over the last 20 years, Omer Refrigeration has fixed any appliance we've had go on the fritz, whether a dishwasher or a dryer. The service is consistently outstanding and I've refered friends who've been equally satisfied.

My Kitchenaid two door fridge valve for the water/ice line failed, water was leaking and it needed repair. Omer was extremely quick at finding the cause and had the part on-site within 2 days. Great service!

During the cold winter months our furnace shut down. On the phone the woman said "tommorow at 11:00AM". I thought Sunday service would cost a fortune. The woman said "you must be freezing, we will charge you regular rate today". 11:00 the next day Omer was there, inspected the furnace and indicated the filter was clogged and burned out one of the switches. Omer got the furnace going but we still had to replace the switch, which he didn't have. He came back the next day to install the new switch and because did not have the switch the first day he didn't charge me for the instial visit. Now it's not always about the money, he was very curtious, helpful and knowledgeable, but it doesn't hurt.

I had Omer add central air conditioning to my existing forced air furnace. Turnaround for early summer was exceptional (quoted and installed in <1 week). Although the actual installation took a bit longer than expected (about 8 hours), the work was professional and tidy. They explained everything clearly and even advised against replacing the furnace (absence of up-selling was nice to see).
