Consumers Choice Home Improvements

My parents had used Consumer's Choice for a couple of projects before (going as far back as 15 years) and things turned out very nicely so we didn't hesitate to use them for a new front exterior door and basement window project. First off, the salesperson/consultant (Gary) was an absolute delight to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in accommodating our schedules to meet with us and advising us to choose the right products. He was a true professional. After that point, however, when it came to the installation, it didn't go so smoothly. While removing the old door, the installers caused significant damage to the brick around the door. I'm not talking about a little chip here but massive, very visible chunks out of several bricks at about chest-height (so it's very obvious). Initially we experienced some difficulty having the problem repaired/resolved. However, at this time, the current General Manager, Graeme, is working with us to resolve the issue and seems genuinely interested in making things right. Based on our past experiences, and my optimism that we will be able to cover the damaged bricks with something that looks great, I am still confident in recommending this company despite the glitch that we have experienced.

CCHI, provided us with valuable information about the choices we had when it came to replacing our garden doors. The product seems to be of excellent quality. The installation was fast and professional.

Talk about curb appeal our front door or front Entrance has enhanced our home. We are very pleased with the results, our house is 30 years plus but with new front door and upgrades looks more distinguished. Very pleasant and helpful, well organized company great to work with. I would have them back again for other projects.

We ordered 3 windows this time. Great, friendly service from beginning to end. Great product, great installation and no mess. Highly recommended. Can't wait to call them for this year's project.

We had nine windows replaced(including two bay windows).The windows look good and work well.The installers were on time and did a good job.They were experienced doing brick to brick work.
Also cleaned up well..

Walked by their mall display many times in the past, decided to discuss our window needs with the rep. present. Very attentive and not pushy. A experienced rep. came out to our home, measured our windows, explained the product and the warranty. Delivered and installed ahead of schedule by a pair of professional installers who arrived on time and ensured a clean and tidy job site. Very satisfied and look forward to contracting CCHI for our next project.

In the summer of 2016 I contracted with Consumers Choice to do a replacement of all my windows and sliding door. The sales rep was very attentive to my needs and took detailed notes as to what was needed. The technician/installer then came in and verified all measurements and requirements that was given to him by the sales rep. (you know the saying " measure twice, cut once"). The technician/installers were very professional, timely and friendly. I would recommend them (and I have) to anyone who is thinking about doing window replacements.

Consumers Choice Home Improvements have been, and will continue to be my choice for all future home improvements. The professionalism I experienced from consultation to installation, has been without a doubt, very rewarding and  satisfying in all aspects.

Consumer Choice Sales person was knowledgeable and spent the time required to explain all options. Order time was long and installation was setup >2 months after. Job took a bit longer than expected and contractors did their job properly. We had to call back to get all finally setup as some pieces where missing when ordered.
Good price, good installation service and decent customer service.
Option to take a loan via Enbridge was convenient too for financing.
