Firstly the salesman quoted last week of January-first week of February for installation date...After numerous phone calls finally installed March 5th. The office staff constantly tell you they will call back and never do, and when do get them they are of no help. Terry Russell and his assistant who completed part of the install were excellent. The second crew that completed the rest of the work were nice but there work wasnt as good. Now have a 3000 dollar bay window surrounded by an inch of caulking and a 2 1/2 inch scratch on the glass. Will see how Consumers Choice deals with this problem. Only person who seemed to be able to get something done was Stan and he was very helpful.
