Nortown paved my driveway in asphalt last fall and it looks great. The work was quick and tidy, and the crew were friendly and answered my many questions. I was amazed recently to see a giant mushroom burst out of it (apparently not uncommon with a rainy spring) and they came to fill in the spot within a few hours of my call. You can't see where they fixed it, and Silvano was helpful and courteous, as was Sam when I called about the problem.

I do not recommend Nortown. We had 5 quotes, they came in middle of the pack and with the reviews/rating I saw here we went with them.

We had 2 problem areas with a prior paving job and were specific about excavating those areas properly with a new base and the finish over those. I have photos of the spraypaint lines where the excavation was to happen prior to the work.

I was not able to be home the day they did the work.

Shortly after the job, ~4 months, the driveway began to crack in exactly those areas again. I contacted them and they wanted to give it 6 mote months "to let it settle and then we will fix it."

Over the next 20 months I continually followed up with them, always getting "we will call you back." One time they came out and squirted some black tar into the cracks. Ugly and it just kept breaking.

I suspect they did not excavate as we agreed. The lack of responsiveness alone is enough to not recommend them.

Silvano was very responsive to come out and see the driveway prior to the work being done. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what steps were going to be taken from start to finish from removing old driveway, putting in gravel, doing the asphalt. The crew that came in were also very friendly and did an excellent job with our driveway, we are very pleased with the end result and the team that came in to do the work. Thanks again to Silvano and his team, will highly recommend them and would use them for other jobs beyond paving if there is a need.

Sam was right on time for our appointment. Crew showed up on the agreed upon date to remove the existing material. A couple of days later the and the walkway was relevelled. The final asphalt was laid a couple of weeks later just as Sam promised with no hesitation to fix the stones on which we drove. There was no mess. The crew was very professional and the quality of the products used and workmanship were great. Job completed exactly as we wished. Thanks Sam and crew.

Very professional, highly competent, personable and trustworthy. They're a family run business, been doing it for many years and both Mark and Sam were excellent to deal with.
The paving job was excellent and the soldier-course stone borders were laid beautifully, along the many curves in our driveway.

Nortown appeared to have the highest overall customer satisfaction score of all the paving companies. Approximately half of the companies never even returned my call(s). Silvano from Nortown was the first to contact me and met with me shortly afterwards. I was impressed with his professionalism and his commitment to customer service.

On the day of the install, I was very satisfied with the quality of their work, and more specifically, their attention to the small details.

Replaced sidewalks and curbs and asphalt driveway. Marc from Nortown came out to my parents home to give estimate for complete Job. From the start very professional explained all work and exactly what would be done. Crew and Marc showed on the day he promised and removed all old concrete and asphalt. Same day installed forms for concrete and poured next day. All the crew great guys and know their job. 1 weeks later Marc and the crew came and laid the asphalt. Fantastic job overall. Marc was true to his word and delivery on everything. Marc even recommended a ramp style sidewalk on the side of the house so my mother could go around the back with her walker. Also they came with a solution for the additional pad at the bottom of the stairs for easier access for my mother. My father and mother very happy with everything. Once again, fantastic job, professional, friendly, deliver as promised.
