Called for a quote prior to arranging the job. Wayne was very thorough, using a detailed questionaire in order to provide an accurate estimate. Wayne and Elvis arrived as promised on Monday and began by doing a thorough review of the system prior to setup. They explained the cleaning process before putting down drop cloths to protect the floors. The work was completed with minimal disruption and a check was done on completion to ensure everything was back in place.
