The Northwood crew; Wayne, John, and Brain were onsite for the better part of a Saturday to complete duct clean and furnace check-up. Recently purchase residence, I was new to this service.
Since the work was complete the air seems fresher and the addition of the in-duct humidifier was well worth the ~$350 investment allowing me to dispense with single room units that need constant refilling. More importantly, I can control the overall house humidity.
They performed a good job, kept the work-site clean, and charged fairly. I have already recommended them to another homeowner.
