Nk Movers

We hired Nk movers and had the worst experience ever! They showed up an hour late, with 2 trucks instead of 1. Took them 5 hours in a tiny apartment. They took an hour for lunch, which we were charged for. I had to vacuum the couch because the one driver did not want to get his clothes dirty. Even with directions they got lost. They were very unprofessional. They didn't put the things where we wanted, one of them rode my bike down the ramp, with a flat tire. we heard glass breaking. Boxes that were marked fragile where put on their sides with other items on top. The bbq was about to topple off the truck, we caught it before it fell. When we started unpacking we found so much wrong. Our big screen television ( 65 inch samsung curved 4 k ) was broken, something was dropped on it, you can see the marks on the tops corner. Can now only see 1 third of the screen. They had roughly put our headboards against the wall and chipped the paint. Our lamp was busted, our computer desk had pieces broken off and just left to the side. A victorian 4 poster bed with chips out of the head board and foot board, the vacuum cleaner pipe dented, laptop had a busted corner. Our hardwood floor had scratches across it. Somethings were only wrapped in plastic, some in cloth and none wrapped at all. We were charged an extra 500 dollars because they ran over our time limit. We spoke to Joe two days after. He said we signed the waiver and that any broken items MUST be reported before the drivers leave or they aren't responsible. How can you possibly check two households in an hour? we saw a lawyer and unfortunately they cant do a thing because of the contract. DO not use this company.
