Suhail was very professional, did the install very quickly and you could see the attention to detail while installing. I required the PEK (power extender kit) for my install and he did that with no issues. My drywall behind the thermostat was in bad shape but he used special anchors to ensure it attached securely and made sure it was level. Once it was hooked up he took the time to ensure all functions heat/cool/fan were working as expected and only left when I was comfortable that everything was running as expected. Even offered to come back if I discovered any issues after testing for a while. Very friendly and I would definitely recommend his services! :)
