The finished product was OK, but he was flying by the seat of his pants, and had to make several changes to the design to accommodate errors he made in planning. Was often late and took longer than he initially estimated. He was nice and the project turned out well, but several things could have been better.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Spend more time at the get go, doing planning and making drawings to prevent unexpected outcomes.
