New Image Kitchens

When I first first decided to renovate my kitchen, i didnt know where to start. My friend put me on to New Image Kitchens. From start to finish they took care of me. All the way from the first in house visit with Vince to the showroom appointment, I left with confidence that i was looking for. I could never imagine that a kitchen could be so beautiful. It has surpassed my expectations. My kitchen is my favorite room in the house now. Thank you New Image!!!

My husband and I were recommended to the company while doing a full renovation to our first home. We were/still are so pleased by the overall experience and service of every staff member we dealt with. New Image Kitchens not only met, but exceeded the expectations of the vision we had for our space. We were so impressed and thoroughly satisfied with the STUNNING kitchen and dining area that was designed, created, and installed for us, that within the same month we called them back to design the kitchen AND laundry room space for our basement!
The expert advice/ knowledge/and customer service we received in such a down to earth way (particularly from Anthony), is one that is rare these days.

We hired New Image Kitchen to design and build a new kithchen, bathroom vanities, office shelves and laundry room cabinets. We are so pleased with the final product. Anthony and his team were not only professional and a pleasure to deal with, but the workmanship and customer service is second to none! We have received so many compliments. They were on time, on budget, and did not burden us with change orders. They simply delivered what we wanted and more! We highly recommend New Image Kitchens...they played a big part in creating my dream home. Thanks a million!!!!

Overall, the experience was great. Anthony came for an in home consultation and measurements. He emailed great designs within days with prices. The price was amazing for the great quality of cabinets. I really appreciated the design Anthony came up with especially with all the challenges our kitchen presented with awkward corners and walls. The design utilized space from floor to ceiling and even managed to get an island in our small kitchen. Keep in mind a few trips were necessary to make it perfect as our house as all homes arent straight. However, his team came back each time and made sure we were content.

I contacted New Image Kitchens to design, manufacture and install a custom basement kitchen and entertainment center. The salesman and designer worked with me through several iterations, and produced some innovative designs to ensure my needs were met. The kitchen was delivered on time, under my budget, and installed very professionally. I am extremely happy with the entire process and the end product. I would definitely use, and recommend to anybody!

I had New Image Kitchen company remodel my kitchen cabinets. Nice guys! On-time scheduling and good quality work. Would recommend them to anyone! There were some issues they had to come back for but that is definitely normal! They were actually pretty fast in responding.

After being referred to new image from a friend who does rennovations, I expected this compnay to live up to my expectations. Although the salesperson was amiable, the installation was awful. They broke a tile on the floor, scratched a kitchen cupboard, installed a handle that was squint and installed a door that didnt open properly.
We are still waiting on a spice rack that we paid $200 extra for.This was in February 2010 and have given up after making at least 20 phone calls, each one being answered with 'it should arrive next week'.
The doors have also chippd and we will probably have to replace them soon.Total waste of money.
My advice is to stay away from this company, they are terrible to deal with.

These people made arrangements with me twice to do some work in my home.

The first time they showed up with the wrong materials.

The second time they called me on the day they were supposed to come and cancelled - with no reason why. I was just told, "The installer just says he can't do it today".

That is twice I have had to make arrangements with my work to have time off and TWICE they have been unable to follow through on their committment. When I told the lady who called me to cancel how unhappy I was and that I wanted to make a complaint her response was, "Go ahead, it doesn't matter to me".

I would not suggest that anyone use this company. They are extremely unprofessional.

Anthony came to my home and gave us design ideas in order to accommodate all of my kitchen needs. We then sat down and designed the kitchen followed by chosing specific wood and cabinetry. The end result was magnificent!! A high end kitchen at a great price. Anthony and all his staff took the time to answer each and every question that I had. He even called me when the cabinets were being stained in order to ensure that I was happy with the colour. There were minor touchups with immediate results. He and his staff came and resolved everything. I would recommend them to everyone.
