Garrett thanks for the great compliment, it's when we see clients that feel this way is why we continue each day! What is a misconception is that we all think the cooling only relies on our AC system alone, but the most important feature when it comes to cooling is the Furnace. With that new furnace you are enjoying cooling even with your older AC like you never had before, and this winter you would have felt a warmer home while spending less on gas. It was a pleasure to chat with you as well want to thank you for the recommendations you have given, it is our best compliment!
Jo we tried to keep that construction furnace going for you but each year seemed to have another part wear out. That is because the homes are built using the furnace and that shortens the life of them dramatically, that in mind parts do go on them and we will always come out and fix it each time. However you made the more sound decision and went with a Much better furnace that will not only bring you more comfort with the heating and cooling but also savings on your gas and electric bill. What is more important is your young daughter (what a cutie!) and your new son on his way you will NO longer wake to a cold morning in your home. Congrats on the newly coming addition to your lovely family!!
