We hired Mr. Rooter for some non-traditional plumbing work, but were extremely impressed nonetheless. Our new kitten managed to find a cubbyhole behind our bathtub, followed it down along the bathroom pipes and ended up under our subfloor. She wasn't able to get out and for three days we weren't even certain she was in there.
Travis from Mr. Rooter came to our house and with the snake-camera (that is used in drains), he was able to locate her for us. Once we knew where she was, we cut a hole in the ceiling and got her out.
We're very grateful - without Travis' help, our little cat probably wouldn't have managed to survive much longer. It was a very unusual request, but Travis got right into it and was committed to helping us find her. Given his commitment, professionalism, and fantastic attitude, I would absolutely hire him (and Mr. Rooter) to perform any traditional plumbing job we require in the future.
