Very positive experience with service from Brian MacDonald plumbing technician for Mr. Rooter.
There was a challenge with fitting the cartridge in and Brian was able to get extra assistance from his area supervisor to find the right replacement cartridge and complete the job.
Would call again and ask for Brian next time we need assistance.
