Over the last 10 years, I've needed a plumber twice. Both times it was Sasha from Mr Rooter. In my line of work as a realtor I see some major botch jobs in homes and I'm very skeptical. In this case, the process is always amazing. He's polite, clean, efficient and professional to a tee.
