Mr. Rooter Plumbing of GTA

Called Mr. Rooter for a backup in basement laundry room. John came by attempted to clear blockage and snake the pipes. Unfortunately he could not as there was a crack in both pipes that were letting pebbles go into the pipes. He was able to clear some but unfortunately it was toouch and he informed me what the next step would be. He gave me the financial options and was very helpful speaking to insurance company. He provided a report and an estimate. The crew came Monday and Excavated the cement around the pipes, replaced the pipes and flushed the remaining rocks through power flush and recommended the concrete. The crew were very polite, the put drop clothes on the front hall all the way to the basement. Once completed, the removed all garbage from in and outside the property. John did a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with the service. John had prepared us that the insurance company may not pay completely for the removal of pipes and opening up of the concrete and installation. The insurance company payed out $2550.00 minus deductible of $1000.00 and payed out $1550.00 the remainder came out of pocket. Extremely happy with the service. Thank you Mr. Rooter and crew!
