Worst cleaning possible for nearly $400. Over charged me more than $100 for not even 2 hours then when I complained they only refunded $80. Which I guess is sonething but not enough.. absolutely disgusted in their service. Never again

Consistent lack of attention to detail. Simple things were missed, like cleaning the tub, wiping cupboards, floors. They even used a mouldy mop on my floors so my apartment stunk after their "cleaning". Loads of room for improvement here.

The amount I paid is absolutely pathetic for the amount of stuff that was done I basically paid for them to walk through my house and after they left they couldn't even lock the door. Super unimpressed.

I hired Molly Maid Richmond to clean my home prior to listing it for sale. The initial contact was great and the cleaners arrived as scheduled. The quality of the cleaning was below expectations and there were parts of the floor that were missed. We had scheduled the cleaners for 5 hours and made a detailed list for the cleaners based on my conversation when booking. The cleaners left after 3 hours without completing all tasks. They left my home unlocked. The most frustrating issue is that they applied something to my stainless steel fridge that I don't know how to remove. After following up with the company three times they told me that the cleaners only applied hot water. This company might be OK for a standard weekly clean but stay far away for a spring clean or moving clean. The owner did not initially respond to my concerns, never addressed leaving my home unlocked and was dismissive in her response.

Hired this company to do an initial deep clean of our new home in Maple ridge. Three very lovely ladies - did an excellent job. Will most likely be having them back. Happy with initial experience. Even washed some dishes I had not gotten a chance to get to yet. Floors looked amazing and happy with the environmentally friendly products used (as I own 4 small birds).

Worst cleaning company. I asked them to do specific areas none of them where done, they did nothing for the 120$ I paid for. I will never recommend this cleaning company to anyone. DO NOT USE.

Terrible service! I booked an appointment for 1.5 hours, and told them I might need 2 hours. They said that the could extend it for 2 hours if needed. When the cleaners actually came, they had a trainee with them, and everything was rushed for some reason. We asked them to clean specific things, and the cleaners said "only if we have time, we're only here for 1 hour." In the end, a lot of the work wasn't done, and I had to hire different cleaners. They're also expensive (96$/hour)! Would NEVER book with them again.

Molly Maid is the worst cleaning company. They are in to make money and not build a reputation or give respectful service to their clients. The girls that were sent to my house for a deep clean tried hard, but were slow and cleaning took a ling time. They left their dirty rugs in my kitchen sink...I got charged for a first time deep clean...Yap, they definitely got deep in my pocket, and nothing else. I would no recommend Molly maid...

Absolutely a waste of money! I will NEVER call this maid service again.

They came to my house this afternoon to do a "deep clean," which we asked specifically for them to clean inside all kitchen appliances including the fridge and deep clean bathrooms and vacuum all the rooms. While they did a good job cleaning in the bathroom as for the toilets and tubs, the carpets had only been half vacuumed, the rugs hadn't been vacuumed at all, the hardwood floor had streaks and spots all over it, there was dust left on my counters and windowsills (blinds weren't even wiped), my fridge was only half cleaned with stains left, none of my other appliances were cleaned, there was dirt and crumbs left on my kitchen floor, they didn't even attempt to clean under the table in my hallway, the windows we specifically asked to be cleaned weren't even touched—in the least of words I can say it was a waste of over $200. My 7 month old son could have cleaned my house better!

Worst maid service I've EVER seen! So very disappointed!

The Molly maids were on time and quick with their job of cleaning the kitchen, 2 barhrooms and 3 bedrooms. They were kind and courteous and easy to work with.
