I am very disappointed in the service from Mobler, as I would at least expect some effort to stand behind their product.
I bought a Tyndall sofa bed 6 months ago; it is in a guest suite , used every other week with the pull out used possibly of total of 7 to 8 times. The pull out piece had lost shape and caved in. The response from Mobler (Adrian) was nothing they will do about and it is "wear and tear"
I don't believe furniture normal "wear and tear" would be such to make the bed unusable. (6 months!)
I am very discouraged and definitely not a returning customer for any of the store offerings.
I am also sharing my experience about this, so other potential customers considering a purchase from Mobler Furniture have awareness that they can expect the furniture to last for half a year, and then it is landfill. Even if one person thinks twice about their disposable products, it will be worth it.
Awful costumer service experience.
