Ali arrived on time. He confirmed the thermostat was defective and quickly replaced it. He then checked the furnace and stayed as it went through its relaunch steps. He was courteous!

Milani plumbing came out to investigate a leak I had from my apartment to downstairs. They cut a hole in the ceiling downstairs to investigate, identified the problem immediately and fixed it within the hour. They were incredibly professional and courteous. I couldn’t be more relieved, water problems are always difficult, and because Milani’s also do restoration work, they will be able to put everything back downstairs better than before.
I don’t know the cost yet, they are billing my home insurance

Replaced old furnace with a new high efficient furnace and replaced water heater with a new on-demand heater. Salesman who came to do the estimate (Arash) was knowledgeable and provided clear pricing and outlined the available rebates from BCH.
The installation technician (Morgan) arrived on time and was very respectful of our property and the COVID situation. He took extra care for routing the thermostat cable so that it had minimal interference with the existing walls. Final installed job was neat and professional.
The new furnace is a great improvement with a modulating motor so that temperature stays constant all the time.
We had one small call back that was handled promptly and successfully

I never like having to deal with plumbing issues but Milani has always been great at quickly and expertly resolving them. Definitely my go to for getting things fixed right.

If I could give less than a one star review I would. Terrible company to have come and do work for you! Their plumber Austin came and installed 3 taps and drains on sinks and 2 toilets....all 3 sinks leaked as did one toilet!! When I called them back to say they were all leaking and they needed to come back and fix them, they even charged me a service call directly to my visa without advising me or having me sign anything! Come to find out they cracked the one of my sinks and told me it must have been pre-existing! Maybe that is why he threw all the garbage all over the floor and in the sink! So I am left with damage to the floor (from leaking toilet) and needing to replace my sink What did his manager tell me.....it wasn't Austin's fault because he told them it wasn't, but they would refund the second call back call of $126 just because!! LIKE WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND ADDITIONAL MONEY TO FIX THEIR MESS AFTER THEY LEAVE!

I feel very bad, because my sister needed to install a gas control valve and I suggested Milani Plumbing to her. After a gas control valve was installed, the guy told my sister that there was a leak in a pilot feed tube. He went back to the company to get the tube four or five times, wasting 4 hours just for the pilot feed tube. In the end, he still couldn't fix the leaks and left. I suspect that there was nothing wrong with the old tube and that he didn't tighten it enough. After my sister told me what had happened, I went over to check it out. I found that two ends of the new tube was leaking and were not properly installed. I took the pilot tube out, tightened it properly on both ends, rechecked for leaks and there were no leaks. I fixed it in less than half an hour, while the worker took 4 hours and still couldn’t fix it.

Excellent service and response from first phone call. Salesman Nick was very knowledgeable and accurate in estimates of work and cost. Every worker was professional and knowledgeable. No issues and experience was very positive. They know what they are doing. Got Air Miles and Fortis rebates with extra $300 rebate for replacing both furnace and HWH. Furnace is very quiet and hot water much faster to taps. Thank you Milani! We are expecting cheaper hydro bills and house insurance as well.

Shawntai was friendly, professional, confident and efficient in getting the job done quickly and cleanly. There were no issues with testing each water line when the job was completed. I was quite surprised at the cost of the parts supplied by Milani which totaled approx. 50% of the total cost and wondered if I could have bought & supplied the parts myself to lower the cost.

We needed our hot water tank replaced. As is the practice, the technician turned off the gas supply during the installation. Once the installation was complete, the gas supply was turned on. The furnace is located next to the hot water tank in a small room in the basement, and we had not been in the room after the installation was complete. The furnace was on overnight, and we woke up feeling dizzy. As the gas supply had been turned on and off the previous day, we thought it best to call FortisBC. Fortis BC advised us to open up all the doors etcetera and get out of the house immediately. We also called Milani (three times), before they agreed to send the same technician back within the hour (we had been told the two previous times that dispatch would give us a call back, which they never did), and we waited outside in the cold. A Fortis BC Technician was dispatched from Fortis BC immediately, and he informed us that the furnace's pilot light was not lit! The gentleman from Fortis BC did an excellent job, checked everything out, and explained everything. As we were shutting the room up, we noticed that the new hot water heater tank was leaking! The Milani technician arrived and checked the hot water tank. He released some water in a small bucket and said that it was leaking because there was sediment. Then, he looked at the temperature on the hot water tank and saw that it was on"very hot", which is the temperature that he had left it at. However, he accused us of tampering with the temperature, and said that it was why the hot water tank was leaking. WE HAD NOT CHANGED THE TEMPERATURE. He then wrote on the invoice that "if we played around with the temperature again, then the hot water tank would not be under warranty".

In our opinion, we were very lucky that nobody was hurt, and that all we suffered from were severe headaches. However, the fact that the Milani technician attempted to blame us (after a charge of over $1700) for the new hot water tank leaking, was shocking. Please use us as a cautionary tale, and choose another company.

Morgan did good job to replace prv for us.five star service.the reason we called was for hot water tank . But we found It is prv leak .
