Midland Appliance

We ordered appliances. Great sales rep, on the ball and good response. Once we purchased the appliances than…3 months later, still waiting for on of our appliances. We are pretty understanding for unforeseen delays but, in this case, they came twice to deliver. The first time they had the wrong item, the second time they knocked on the wrong door and left. You have to go by their delivery schedule and they won’t make exception despite you waiting they correct their mistakes. They basically don’t care once you fork the money. I wish they looked like they care. In my book, that would make a difference. Don’t make the same mistake than we did. Go with a store who care about customers. I can’t even imagine if we have problems with the appliances. I predict hell.

The sales representative was very helpful and did not oversell. The installers were very professional and arrived in the quoted time frame.
I am very pleased with the quality of the new appliances -stovetop panasonic microwave, miele dishwasher and a wine fridge.

I ordered,in advance, over $60K worth of high end applainces. I was told, some weeks later, to pay in full for them, otherwise, I would face price increases, stupid me, I paid for them, and now 2 months later, I am about to move into my home and several of the appliances are delayed or missing. The Sub Zero Fridge is missing in action, despite the fact I paid in full, so they sold my fridge to someone else, now I move into my home with no fridge and no firm delivery date. I cannot recommend this company, very poor service which in my opinion borders in unethical business practices. I voiced my concerns with the manager at the store some weeks ago and he never bothered to follow thru as I called him to complain today and he didn't have knowledge of the fridge being delayed yet again, take my money and run Midland Appliance, that is sure what it looks like to me!!!!

We went to Midland to try and look at the higher end appliances than the big box stores. Scott was very helpful, we have a small kitchen and needs to look at 24" oven and cooktop and with the sales one we were able to get into nice AEG steam oven, induction cooktop and a free range hood, pairing this with a great counter top Fisher and Paykel fridge we are very happy with the purchase

I was looking for my new dream kitchen, and my quest stopped at Midland. They had everything I could ask for. Great products and super deals. They helped me pick out all my appliances and got me a reasonable price.

I have purchased a number of appliances here over the years. I have received a number of good deals on floor models and in the clearance centre. the bridgeport Rd location is always my first stop when I am looking for new appliances. Plus they have a large warehouse at their store. No driving all over the lower mainland to pick up your appliance after you purchased it.

If you are looking for a deal go to midland appliances. They have floor models and new floor models in unopened packages. We just bought a new fisher and paykel dishwasher brand new at a floor model price. Great service and fast. They know there products. You will be shocked as I never shopped here before as I thought they were overpriced. Go check it out and you will be shocked.
