The project had unforeseeable issues but they kept their price the same. In fact they were so honest that they deducted money because they didn't end up having to do work that was in the original quote.
Their crew came back at 11 pm and stayed until after 1am to fix an issue. I don't know of any contractors who would have been that responsive.
They also were the only company that would put back our patio stones, which they did like artists. Milan and his crew did a great job of putting things back.

You are helping others who need foundation repair work, on their basement, narrow their search so they can make an informed choice when hiring a foundation repair / waterproofing company.The heavy rain in April / May 2017 called for preventative measures to ensure no water got into a job already in progress; namely your property. Dean knows that and is very particular and aware. Flooding conditions can be tricky and preventative action is always the best way to proceed.
