I had used Mega City Roofing about 7 years ago to replace the roofing on my house. A couple of months ago a leak developed where some shingles had blown off. I was delighted that Tom immediately honored the warranty and came out right away to fix the roof, and it is now fine. At the same time i asked him to fix a leak on the front of my house (where the roof had not been replaced) and he came back on a Saturday morning to get it done even though it was a small job. He is a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Newer home. Pipe jack was faulty and needed replacing.
Tom was A+ on all levels! Communication, timeliness, price, professional, and courteous. Overall, a really positive experience. Thank you Tom! I would definitely recommend Mega City Roofing to those looking.

1) Tom answered all the questions I had about the new roof I wanted and described the work exactly in the contract.
2) On the day the roof was done, Tom & Roman showed up on time with a large crew and got the job done fast.
3) The guys protected my property and cleaned up everything afterward even checking for nails on the driveway.
4) When I had a question about the work a week later, Tom was here the next day to explain it.
5) And the new roof is beautiful!

Tom, Roman and all the guys did a fantastic job. They are true professionals! They were so careful to cover/move things outside so there wouldn't be damage to anything. They were meticulous and cleaned everything up once they finished.

After a major wind storm in Pickering in early May my roof had extensive shingle damage. Tom Geo of Mega City Roofing showed up quickly to do an emergency repair and scheduled a full roof repair. Once the insurance company processed my claim, Tom and a large crew did the full shingle replacement in about 3 hours. Amazing service.

I hired Tom to replace the roof on my home 6 years ago. He uses high quality materials (GAF) and his team did an excellent job of installing it on a hot day. I recently had a tree fall on my roof during a heavy storm and called Tom to re-shingle one side of my garage. Even though it was a very busy period (the storm caused lots of roof damage in the area), he kept his word and was able to squeeze my job into his schedule. My roof looks brand new again. Very happy with the end result.

I had a leak in my roof causins a lot of water to come in. I was given Tom's name from a friend and found him on homestars. From the first email on this site Tom had contacted me and was at my house less then 8 hours later. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked really fast. Tom put me at ease and charged exactly what he quoted.
