It's to bad, there customer service from the start was amazing, the workers were great, the price was good but sadly you get what you pay for :(. Immedielty after they finished our stairs started to crack and the back pad started to crack and and chip away. After many calls in Aug and Sept of 2013 I was told you are in our repair book someone will come out and take a look. Guess their repair book is pretty full it's June 2014 and still no one has even called. Should I call them more? Yes, but I shouldn't have to!!! They say they have great customer service sure they do but when they have your money paid in full they move on. So sad

Natasha I just tried calling you to try and arrange a repair in 2015. A voice mail is waiting for you. I'm sorry that this was over looked. Please also email us some photos so we can get a better understanding of what it looks like so we can have materials ready for the repair in the spring.
