We contacted Manny to paint our whole home. A home that is over 100 years old and the walls were showing their age. I knew that there would be lots of work required and would take a true professional to attend to all the details required to ensure a first class result. In trying to arrange a painter for this job, I found that many painters just didnt return calls back or prices were so unreasonable that we wouldn't even consider hiring them. I was surprised that business people didn't return calls to possible customers. Manny returned our initial call very promptly and met with us that day. He went through the entire house to prepare a quotation. He got back to us very quickly with his price. It was very fair considering the quantity of work to be completed. He advised us when he could start the work following an ongoing job. Manny completes other jobs before starting yours in order to give your job his full attention. His scheduling was reasonable and he was a man of his word and started on the date promised. We were away while the work was being done but when we arrived home we were so surprised and delighted to see the complete transormation of our home. The old house literally never looked so good. The reason for the work was to put the house on the market. We were able to list our house shortly after that in the knowledge that our home looked fantastic. The house is sold! I recommend Manny to anyone who needs a painter. He will work with you, be fair and honest, and he will complete the work in a fair time for a competitive fee.
