With the increasing warm summers we wanted to get an air conditioner in our strata townhouse. After doing some research a heat pump seemed out best option as it can also heat your home. We received quotes from three businesses.

The quote from Mannix was the most detailed with different options. After discussing these options we decided on one and arranged a time for installation. Mannix also offers Trane heat pumps, which are one of the better ones on the market.

It took two days to install three indoor wall mounted units and connect to the outdoor unit. During that time Ray was unobtrusive and considerate of our home.

After installation he was available to help me with he operation of the unit since the Trane manual is not very informative.

I recommend Mannix for their professionalism and follow up support.

Mannix repaired our older heat exchanger, even though I suggested that a new one might be necessary. I thought about this today on the first truly warm day of summer. I flipped on the switch, & instant cool air was delivered to the upper floor of our house. Our water heater was also serviced during this call. The technician showed up on time, explained everything, & didn’t try to “upsell”. Mannix has a new loyal customer! Thanks!

Furnace stopped working in a cold spell (of course) in a house we had recently bought, so no known history. Rose was very helpful in fitting us into a busy schedule and Ray arrived on time, diagnosed very quickly a failing capacitor and repaired the furnace promptly for a very reasonable price. Also gave helpful advice. A+ rating.

It was the hottest day so far and I had to use my air conditioner. However, when I turn it on, it wasn't cold at all. Then i was recommended by my friends to call upon this contractor. The service was quick and professional, and I now can enjoy my house with conditioned air!
