We have used MacEachern's Deep Steam to clean our carpets since 1992. It is always easy to schedule an appointment at a time convenient to us. They call to confirm the day before and arrive promptly, generally at the start of the 3 hour window of time given. The technician works efficiently and is very knowledgeable about carpets and shares that knowledge with us. It is a pleasure to do business with MacEachern! I feel that our carpets have a longer life because of them.
