Hi Adel

First of all I want to say that if anybody Has disrespected you. Or raised their voice at you. I would like to know their names. You say that me the owner was rude to you. I'm not even sure if I have ever met you. And I'm sure if I did I was not rude to you I don't make a habit of being rude to my customers. Also if there is a damage to your property should be brought to our attention so we can rectify the situation. I assure you we dig plenty deep enough for foundation. And we do not use the weed barrier because many times it traps the water and the water freezes and the interlocking heaves. The foundation work on your job is not even completed yet there's limestone screenings that go on top of the gravel you are judging a job before his completed.

If you have issues regarding the uncompleted work I believe you should probably call the company before posting a r malicious review. These issues could be rectified quite easily.

Interlocking Stone review in Richmond Hill

By law we can fix our problems. Here is my story.
- First, read the contract carefully, since it doesn’t mention any customer rights. Such contract motivates its employees to misbehave where they are comfortable with raising their voice at you, make disrespectful comments and yell at you anytime, from secretary to their owner.
- Second, they are not very careful with their work, which lead to damage of my property. They damaged my driveway ( 4 years old), and created new expenses to fix driveway. (Please see pictures below).
- The firm also doesn’t adhere to standards:
1- They didn’t dig deep enough once installing sett paving (please see pictures)
2- They didn't add weeds screen.
- Finally, punctuality is a foreign concept to them. They were scheduled for one date, ended up coming two weeks later, dug the ground put some gravel and promised to come in two weeks. It’s been a month, and the weeds had started to grow slowly there. You can see below photo proof to support my claims.
- Conclusion: I recently had made an appointment with my lawyer to cancel the contract. I would recommend you to avoid this company.
