Leon's Furniture

I bought a firm mattress. I got it delivered with no name what is being delivered. After 2 days I went to other leon's store and came to know , the order number is different . I went back to the store where I bought from , I spent 4 hrs there , wanted them to replace it. They said I signed it its not their fault . Did not except that they made a mistake and because I had not bought protector, they will not return or even change. No place or head office to complain about them.
