We purchased doors through our contractor and we were not disappointed with the quality and service of Leadwin Doors. They helped us with our purchase of doors for the first time. We didn't realize how much detail is required to get to the final purchase. It was a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to reno their home.

Leadwin is a professional and friendly door company. I purchased an interior door package for approximately $10,000 in October 2020. The sales rep that I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me out with expertise customer service and answered all my door questions. When the doors were delivered I was impressed with the quality of the doors and hardware.

I could not be any more disappointed with the craftsmanship of my Leadwin Doors. The doors bottom rails are different heights, the SDL bars do not have shadow bars, the top and bottom of the doors were not painted, and the hinges are not stainless steel. The companies customer service shenanigans are the worst I have ever experienced trying to resolve these deficiencies.

The original quote was reasonable when I contacted their salesperson, Sven. However when it came time to deliver the doors they delayed my project by over 2 months. They would do partial deliveries, for example a front door with no side lights! The glass came over a month later! Finally they wouldn't finish the job until they were paid in full first. I would not recommend using this company.

We had a major kitchen makeover and renos done. While our general contractor could have provided better and timely service, the door sub-contractor, Leadwin, was absolutely first rate. They even covered errors made by the general contractor and did so promptly and without additional charge - because they felt badly for us and did not want their product or name to suffer. Bruce and Rick were amazing. Great people and great company. Honest workers who care about customer service.

we did a complete reno on our 1912 heritage house. we chose wooden doors from leadwin because they offer a wide range of styles including a heritage style that matched our house's era. we chose a shaker style. they were patient with us and knowledgeable and efficient and delivered the doors when promised. the price was mid range but we found the prices to be reasonable for wooden doors. they look beautiful. every time i go through one of my doors i think "oh, what a beautiful door". our exterior door style was not a stock door but custom manufactured for us. the interior doors on our upper floor were also custom manufactured because we wanted the doors to be thicker matching our exterior door thickness. our doors were manufactured right here in b.c.

Sven is easy to work with. Good quality, good price. He listened to our design and made it to order . No problem with a 4 ft custom door. Very pleased with the results.
