Garnet is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and honest. He took a look at an LG washer/ Dryer combo machine at our rental property. He was thorough, asked us questions, diagnosed the problem and gave both my tenants and I a very easy to understand lay-persons explanation of what was happening.
