Second season and no result, it is even getting worth, my lawn is now almost burned out.

Last season there was no result after many services they applied, the excuse then was that it was a tough weather with almost no rain. In fairness they cared then to show up and try to correct things, so on the promise that things should be better next season I signed up for a second season and gave them the benefit of the doubt.

This season we haven't even yet get into a normal summer weather and the lawn is in a very bad condition despite the good weather.

The services is basically combined of few products (which you can buy and apply yourself) then they do the application blindley with no careful consideration of the needs of the lawn they are servicing, its purely mechanical services, no relying on expertise involved, so I see no value in their services to be honest.

I'll just get the best products in the market and apply them myself, and I'm pretty sure i'll have better result with a fraction of the price. That's my experience.

They are very professional and organized, I think they know what they are doing but last year did not see noticeable results, probably cuz of the weather, it was a tough season. This year I have high hopes and they seem up tp the task.

I can see they are very customer centred, if you are not happy they will do there best to set things right, so from that aspect I feel I'm in good hands, but as I said, results is what I am after. Will see.

Promised a solution and they cared enough to make efforts to correct the situation. Looks promising, but will see!

Save your money and get someone to mow your lawn regularly, that will get you much better result. These guys do not do anything special or of real value, and they are very clever in deflecting responsibility, so save your self the stress as well.
