Laser Matrix

Well documented all calls to Laser Matrix, Acer and Visa. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.

Contacted Ken for an AS8940G Laptop specifically asked for Blu Ray writer among other items. Prior to ordering, he confirmed this would be included. At time of purchase requested be shown how to write a Blu Ray disc, instead shown the Blu Ray playback facility and told to check the manual for writing a Blu Ray disk ("call me if you have any problems"). Prior to payment via visa, asked again and he confirmed it had a Blu Ray writer. Paid with visa requested my invoice but he refused to supply as "the girls had already left the office, will email it tomorrow" The following day and many thereafter, contactred him as can't write a Blu Ray disc and he insists it does have a Blue Ray writer, that I read the manual and call tech support for help. 2 days after purchase the invoice arrives via email indicating item is AS8940G-6638 with no Blu Ray writer. I Called Acer & they verified the unit has no Blu Ray writer and "Acer has no control of their "Resellers" ractices and returns policies. They supplied an RMA but His invoice stipulates 20% restocking fee, and he is adding on other charges. all in all he is saying he will keep over $600.00 but not interested in supplying what I asked for and paid for. He keeps saying "Take Me To Court".
