I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A LAZBOY PRODUCT AGAIN. WE PURCHASED A RECLINER CHAIR FROM THE KITCHENER ON STORE IN FEB 2022. AFTER ONE YEAR, WE HAD TO REPLACE THE SEAT FOAM AND BACK FOAM AS IT HAD BROKEN DOWN AND WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. IT FELT LIKE YOU WERE SITTING IN A HOLE. THESE 2 PIECES WERE REPLACED IN FEB 2023 UNDER Warranty.
Now in July 2024, the replacement seat and back cushion have gone the same way as the original. They need replacing again as they have broken down again exactly the same as the original unit.
LAZBOY will not replace under warranty any longer. We have to pay for the repair. The chair is slightly over 2 years old. I am generally the only one that sits in this chair for a couple of hours per day. We have no children at home. This is totally unacceptable. The chair was not cheap to purchase.
We will never purchase or recommend Lazboy Products. Nor will pay for LAZBOY REPAIRS.
In fact, anyone we meet up with will hear our story/concerns. I will personally tell as many people as possible what terrible company this is to deal with and that their products are no where near what they used to be.
Buyer beware.
