We were surprised to discover during our renovations that the last owners DYI work was crazy dangerous (using co-axial cable for electrical??). Kiya came in, assessed the work and gave us a very reasonable quote on the Friday and got to work on the Monday. Within a week he had completed the job. He stands by his work, coming back on more than one occasion to fix something that I screwed up or forgot to do. Any further electrical work I need done I'll always call Kiya. Really fantastic work, and super nice person.
