I called Kia. He showed up to give me an estimate. He and his apprentice came 2 days later and completed the job (and also installed a new kitchen outlet -- without cost or charge), cleaned up and kept to the estimate.
Kia provides excellent service for a reasonable price. How can you ask more than that??
