Ketteringham Heating Inc

We had our heating and A/C system changed from central forced air to zoned hot water rads and split A/c units, one per floor. Our basement in now heated with in-slab hot water radiant heat. The job was integrated into an exsisting renovated second and third floor and a clear gutted basesment and first floor. Ketteringham did a neat and timely job and the results gives us wonderful balanced environmental control at all levels of our home. We are very pleased with the results and how smoothly the process went.

Fantastic Experience.

My wife and I both work Monday to Friday 9 to 6 so it's tough to hang out at the house for 4 hour windows waiting for a tradesman to show up. Ketteringham was able to give me a one hour window....8 am to 9am in the morning.

Better yet was that the gentlemen knocked on our door at 7:50 am. He cleaned the boiler. He avoided an expensive repair to the leaky rad by just servicing and tightening the existing plumbing. He showed me how to bleed air from the system in the future.

He was at our house for perhaps 90 minutes and was able to address all my immediate concerns. The bill was a very reasonable $222. I will absolutely use Ketteringham again in the future.

Very satisfied they came when they said they would, took as long as they said it would take, gave honest appraisal of my need for a new backflow preventer (which I will be hiring them for).

Our boiler went on us in mid winter on a Friday night and they came first thing Saturday to scope the situation and provided electric heaters for us to use. They installed the new boiler first thing Monday morning and everything was great. I checked out their pricing afterwards to see if our urgency resulted in a higher price but the price they charged seems to be very competitive. Overall, they were excellent to deal with and helped us through what could of been a lot worse.
