Our 6 burner Wolf stove malfunctioned when we tried to put it through a self cleaning cycle and the door remained locked.two days before we were going to host a gathering on Christmas Eve. I called Kampen and they sent a repair technician the next day. As soon as he walked through the door he reassured us that he would have our oven door fixed so that we could host our dinner. He solved the problem in seconds, replaced the faulty part in minutes, and wished us all the best for our holiday gathering. Probably one of the most professional, courteous and reassuring technicians Ive ever met. Great job!!!!
