Laura, we are having a difficult time tracking your job with only your first name. We do almost 1000 jobs per year. We don’t understand why you haven’t contacted us directly. Part of our customer service is a labour warranty after the Job has been completed. If your job has been completed within the last 10 years (our minimum labour warranty period) and you contact our service department we will have someone out to service the work right away. In many cases we offer Lifetime warranties. Even after our warranty is up we encourage our customers to contact us so we can help resolve whatever problem they might have. We stand behind what we do and want to help you and for you to be happy with our service. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal.
