We hired Juff's to replace our roof which had multiple leeks throughout the house. They were extremely professional and descriptive about what needed to be done to solve the problem and took the time to explain what was causing the problems, and then provided a detailed recommendation of the products they supply and why they believe in them. Once we decided to go forward with Juff's they scheduled us in and they started on time. The workers were very professional and explained a lot to us as the progressed through the job - essentially we received a status update each morning. The foreman in particular was a great guy to work with and went above and beyond the call the duty (he replaced rotted wood that was not part of the roof installation but something they discovered when they were working on the roof) to ensure we had a quality product.
Overall,I would highly recommend them as their product and their service, including the responsiveness of the staff, was great.
