This was my first time using a moving company and based on my positive experience, I will definitely hire Jia Jia in the future.

The two movers showed up right on time, were quick and were careful with my furniture. My new condo had a bunch of rules about how the furniture was to be moved in and the movers had no problem respecting these rules (which were very particular). I will definitely hire Jia Jia for my next move and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Jia Jia provided two very efficient and focused men, and a large truck that suited my and my family's moving needs.

Exemplary customer service that included Jia Jia's very professional follow-ups such as calling me up the day before the actual move to confirm all information.

Last but certainly not the least, Jia Jia unarguably provides the the GTA's most cost-effective moving rates. All furniture was wrapped by Jia Jia, and I was amazed at how effortlessly my move was, both times that I used Jia Jia.

The two movers were really quick and never did I worry that they were trying to drag it out to make the moving time longer or doing anything questionable like some of the horror stories I've heard about movers on Yelp. They were in and out really quick, on time, and did everything efficiently. I didn't have any damage (of course, i mainly just had boxes to move) and everything was done in less than 2 hours.

The service was excellent during my move from a downtown 1 bedroom apartment to a house in East York. They arrived early, were very efficient and pleasant, and there were NO surprises. I highly recommend them for your move!

This is my second time moving with them. Very efficient guys. I had new floors done at my new house and the movers were very careful. Moving to is very stressful for me since I have a big family. Those guys made it easier. Office staffs were very helpful at answering all my questions and countless emails. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

These movers were awesome! When I asked for a quote, after speaking over the phone, they sent me a quote via email. The day before moving, they called to confirm time, etc. The day of the move couldn't have gone more smoothly. The movers were efficient, professional, and took great care not to damage anything. Hired to move household contents locally.
Given exact hourly rate for three men for four hours. Extra time above the 4 hours was based on an hourly rate. Additional expenses such as gas were also itemized. The cost were emailed at time of reservation..

Mover followed the costs so at the end it was exactly as they listed.
Movers worked steadily and did not extend the hours as far a I could see. Were very careful to place furniture on new floors at destination.
Were recommended by my who had used them three times before and said there would be no hidden costs.

I have used Jia Jia Movers approximately 6 times and have been happy with their service all but 1 time. However, once I complained about my concerns, they investigated my complaint and provided me with a gas gift card and some money back. I do recommend Jia Jia Movers, as I have been quite pleased with their service.
