I have used JIaJia twice and both experiences have been the same. The movers are professional, efficient and fast. There is no wasting of time.

The very first time I moved was horrible I had bad movers that showed up really late and took them hours to finish a simple 1 room move, to make matters worse they charged me way more then what was agreed upon. The next time I moved a friend recommended Jia Jia and I am so glad that she did. So of course when I had to move again I called Jia Jia. Your movers are on time, quick and helpful. I know exactly how much I will be charged and I'm not overcharged. I can trust Jia Jia with any moves that may happen in the future.

In short, there are too many factors that went into my decision to hire Jia Jia for my move. The one main one though for anyone to consider Jia Jia is that they can be "trusted" with your move with no worries.
To all of the Jia Jia employees, thank you very very much. A move can be very stressful and it's such a relief that Jia Jia can be depended upon during that time.

I had the best experience with my two movers we had. My mom's friends were so impressed that they wanted to have them move specific things in the future. I don't recall their names but they were very Professional, Friendly, Hard Working and had the CAN DO attitude needed to run a business.

I used this company late last summer (Aug 1) to move from a condo in Markham to a condo in North York. My feelings are a bit mixed on the experience I had. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. The front desk was great at booking my move. The two guys showed up a bit early on move day, elevators were not ready yet but that is not their fault. The guys were pleasant and to their credit, they did move boxes quickly (each load piled up very high) but at the same time they were also a bit rough on some of my furniture. A week after my move, I discovered one corner of my solid wood Urban Barn coffee table and one corner on the matching tv bench were cracked. The guys also took quite a long rest break in the afternoon (over half an hour). Moving my flat screen TV was also charged an extra fee. At the end of the move, the guy invoiced me and I paid with cash and gave them a decent cash tip too. About an hour later, the guy calls me back and told me he made an error and short charged me for one hour! He wanted me to return to the drop-off location to pay the extra hour. I told him I was already back in Markham because that is where I have to be to return the keys to my landlord. He agreed to come to Markham but it was a huge hassle and annoying since I was already extremely pressed for time. They took a very long break and I gave them a good tip and calculations were a mistake on their part. Overall, it was just a lukewarm experience for me.
