Jia JIa has great service both at the back office as well as he movers in the field. Marco was always very responsive, answered call or emails quickly and was very cordial and completely transparent. No surprises. The movers are efficient, on time, and very careful with the furniture and especially any breakables. We had 3 drop off locations and it went without a hitch and with a smile on their face. I highly recommend them for any size move.
