Customer Service for Pool Opening

I called Jameson Pool to book an appointment for our pool opening and spoke with a woman named Vi. She gave me May 31st and told me that they would be there between 9-11 am. I asked her if she could be a little more specific on the time but she told me no that I would have to call her that morning to find out exactly what time they would be there. Vi rushed me off the phone and was quite rude and abrupt.
When the day came (May 31st), I waited around for the crew to show up. It was now 11:15am so I called Jameson Pool and asked to speak with Vi to find out what time they were showing up but I got someone else who told me that Vi was busy with a customer. I then explained to this other person what I was calling for. She took my information down and told me she would call me right back to let me know. When she finally called me back, she explained to me that they had switched my appointment till the end of the day. I was quite angry and asked her why nobody contacted me to let me know. She told me she wasn't sure. When I explained that this was unacceptable and voiced how angry I was, I was then put on hold only to get Vi come back on the phone and ask me what the problem was. Once again, she was nothing but rude and abrupt with me and denied ever giving me a time frame when I booked the appointment with her. I told her that yes, she had told me it would be between 9-11am. We argued back and forth (which is unprofessional) only to be told that I didn't have a choice but to accept that they would be there at the end of the day. Not even 5 minutes after hanging up the phone with her, the crew was knocking at my front door!!! Talk about unorganized and mis-communication with their staff!!!

Later, when my husband got home, he went out to inspect the work and looked at the bill. They had charged us an extra $40.00 to just turn on our waterfall!! We never asked them to do that as I think we are more than capable of doing it ourselves. This probably should have been included in the price anyway! He had a few questions so he called Jameson Pool and asked for Paul the owner. He wasn't available so my husband left a message to have him call him as soon as he could. It'll be interesting to see how long this takes.
