Over the phone I called Jameson Pools to close my very small pool in Port Credit. I told them I had no equipement to do so and I wanted them to provide the necessary equipment (tarps, etc).
They scheduled me in 1 month after my call, arrived 4 days after it was scheduled. The team was junior and ROUGH, like so rough I locked my doors. The worker indicated that he did not have all the equipment and needed to come back. He came back 4 weeks later. The pool was dirty again.
They covered it, with no tradesmenship, and left as fast as they possiblly could. Two weeks later I called and asked for them to come fix the cover as it had fallen into the pool, with no response.
I email four days ago, called today (Dec 12, 2014) and the response that I recieved was that the entire pool closure is not guarenteed and that it is likely my fault there are issues. Therefore, I am on my own.
Integrity is non-existant with this company. Buyer beware.
