Iron Dreams

In our travels in the southern states, particularly New Orleans and Europe, we fell in love with art metal. However, here in our home in the GTA we found a terrible lack of truly artistic, creative and stunning metal work, unless we found it at salvage and architectural or antiques events. Most of it, no matter which company we looked at, custom ot manufactured, appeared plain, uninspired and uncreative. For a very high price tag. So we waited years to have our railings made -- until we found the right company and artisan. A friend recommended Azim at Iron Dreams and we were blown away. Our friends had Azim design their railing based on a Frank Lloyd Wright stained glass panel. I asked them and Azim if we could use that same design, first for our front porch -- I cannot tell you the curb appeal it brings and my daily enjoyment walking past it to our front door -- and then on an income property of ours, where Azim fashioned the same design into a main staircase handrail. In that living room, our Iron Dreams railing is the "eye candy" that elicits comments from everyone who walks in the door. Absolutely gorgeous work. I have not seen their equal anywhere in Canada. I would recommend Azim to everyone looking not just for an indoor or outdoor railing, but a piece of timeless metal art.
